11 Orders of a Navy Sentry
It is a good idea to memorize the eleven orders of a sentry (Navy version) before reporting to boot camp. After the 5th day of boot camp you may be asked at anytime to quote them. Learn them before reporting so you will not be stressing over memorizing them once there. There will be plenty other things you can work on while others are struggling to memorize them.

Whats a Pea Coat
It seems as if were yesterday when I so my Dad in his tried-and-true pea coat. It actually meant quite a bit to him because that was the coat that he wore when you probably serve in the U.S. Navy back and the 1960’s. He said that he had never worn a coat that kept him warmer, or one that had stood the test of time.
